While at Software Corporation of America, recruited Motorola to partner with us for the CJIS/FBI Wireless Applications Test Program to utilize SCA’s mobile data software which allowed for the first wireless digital data transmissions (jpeg images of mugshots and fingerprints) and Queries to and from NCIC over both a private Motorola radio network and a public cellular network. {Motorola subsequently acquired SCA)
   
   
4. For NYPD, we provided and established connectivity through NYSPIN that gave NYPD the ability to make wireless Queries to NCIC. Collaborated directly with the Chief of the Department on various technology projects. Was NYPD’s Parking Enforcement FIPS-140 compliant handheld account manager for twenty years
                       
5. Key member of the team that sold Suffolk County NY Police Department mobile data lookup software in 1998 which is still in use today in all 600+ SCPD patrol vehicles
   
   
6. D.C.  Metro Police. Sold four hundred handheld units for eCitations, worked with  idSoftware to digitize 800K RMS arrest records for biometric access by officers in the field
   
   
7. Placed over 50K ruggedized handheld computers and in-car printers with one eCitation vendor alone
   
   
8. Sold public safety in-car video and surveillance systems, rugged handheld devices, in-vehicle MDTs, printers, scanners, ALPR, look-up, asset management and  eCitation applications, plus major wireless infrastructure access point and cybersecurity solutions in the U.S. and Canada
